Consumers have the option of return for all physical products within 14 days from the day of withdrawal request, if they meet the check criteria of our technical department. The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 working days from the date of delivery via one of the following methods:

RETURNS POLICY  

Purchases from IT-flow’s online shop. 

Due to European directive 2011/83, a consumer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal after online or at-distance purchases of physical products. These rights do not extend to downloadable software. 

The product can be returned to IT-flow within 14 days from the day of the withdrawal request, along with proof of purchase. The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt or delivery.  

It is noted that the responsibility and any costs incurred for transporting the product back to the store are borne by the buyer.  

The product will be checked by the Technical Department of our company in a reasonable time, and if it meets the following criteria, you will be able to receive a refund for the value of your purchase.  

Criteria:  

– The original packaging includes all products and accessories  

– The original packaging, product, and accessories have not been damaged or deformed.*  

* The customer has the right to open the package carefully and manage the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature of the features and function of the product, as it would be possible to do in a physical store.  

However, if during the inspection it is found that any of the above criteria are not met, and that the product has been used by the customer to a point beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product, then the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product. In addition, in cases where the customer is responsible for the destruction of the product or its packaging, or accessories, then the company may not return money to the consumer, nor accept the return or change of the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY  

How to cancel an online order  

If you have chosen to Pick-up from IT-flow, you can cancel your order up to 1 working day after the order confirmation date. 

If you have chosen Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS Courier Pick up Point, you can cancel your order before the product is dispatched to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can, of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.
